Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions


  1. The Café Milligram Customer Loyalty Program is operated by Cherry Beans Coffee Pty Ltd (We, Us or Our). By participating in our Loyalty Card Program, you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Program is only valid within participating Café Milligram stores within Australia.

How do I participate in the Loyalty Program?

  1. All customers are entitled to a free Loyalty Card as part of the normal mode of sale. To Join our free Loyalty Program, you must first collect a Loyalty Card from any participating Café Milligram store.
  2. Upon purchase of any sized Hot Coffee Item, if you present a valid Loyalty Card, one (1) stamp will be awarded per one Hot Coffee Item purchased. You cannot receive stamps for any prior purchases.
  3. Hot Coffee Items are limited to the following items: Espresso, Piccolo, Flat White, Latte, Cappuccino, Long Black and Hot Tea.
  4. Only valid Café Milligram stamps will be accepted. No other forms of Loyalty Points (hole punch, invalid stamps) will be deemed valid.

How do I redeem my Rewards?

  1. In order to redeem stamps, you must present a valid Loyalty Card at the point of sale.
  2. A Small Sized Hot Coffee Item can be redeemed for free, upon presentation of seven (7) valid stamps, on the Card Holder’s current or next visit, in any participating Café Milligram stores. The Card Holder must forfeit the seven (7) stamps on the valid Loyalty Card, upon redemption.
  3. A full Loyalty Card may only be redeemed for one (1) Hot Coffee item, once per transaction or redemption. No other Beverage Items can be redeemed. No other Loyalty Card may be used in conjunction.
  4. Please be advised that size nomination may differ from store to store. The Loyalty Cardholder is eligible to redeem a Small-Sized Hot Coffee, irrespective of size nomination by individual stores.

Additional Information

  1. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged Loyalty Cards.
  2. Loyalty Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  3. Loyalty Cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other rewards. You cannot sell or transfer your Loyalty card to anyone else.
  4. We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Loyalty Program if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  5. We may discontinue our Loyalty Cards in our sole discretion, at no liability to you. If so, we will notify you by publicly posting on our website at https://www.cafemilligram.com.au
  6. We may change these Terms and Conditions or add new Terms and Conditions at any time in our sole discretion. If so, we will publish an updated version on our website at https://www.cafemilligram.com.au. Your continued participation in our Loyalty Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
  7. These Terms and Conditions apply to our Loyalty Program in Australia and are governed by the appropriate laws.
